Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or canceled within a specific time frame after placing them. However, once the order has gone into fulfillment, it can no longer be changed or canceled. Please contact our customer support immediately if you need to make changes to your order before it goes into fulfillment.

The item I want is out of stock. Can I pre-order?

You cannot pre-order, but you can sign up to receive an email notification when it goes back in stock. This is located on the product page, just click on the "notify me when available" button.

Do your tea sachets (bags) contain microplastics?

No, our sachets are made from a plant-based material, obtained from sugar cane fibers, which is 100% biodegradable, compostable, and completely free from petroleum-based plastic.

Are your teas allergen-free?

All of our teas are allergen-free. The tea is quarantined and handled carefully to avoid cross-contamination.

Why do you use flavorings in some of your teas? What's in those flavorings?

If you prefer to enjoy tea without any added flavorings, we offer a delicious line of unflavored teas! Some of our teas use artificial flavoring, and some use natural flavors. The main difference between them is the source of the ingredients. Natural flavors are derived from plant or animal materials like fruits, herbs, or spices, while artificial flavors are created in a lab to mimic the same flavor compounds. For example, natural almond flavor can come from the compound benzaldehyde found in almonds or other natural sources. Artificial almond flavor can be made by synthesizing that same compound in a lab, allowing us to replicate the taste without relying on almonds, which can be challenging to grow and put a strain on natural resources.While the source of the ingredients might differ, the chemical compounds that make up the flavors are identical, whether they're naturally extracted or synthetically made. Both our natural and artificial flavors undergo strict regulations to ensure their safety and quality. You'll always find whether the flavoring is natural or artificial listed on each product page, so you know exactly what's in your tea. Are your teas gluten-free?

Everything is Gluten-Free in our warehouse! We are not a certified Gluten free facility, however.

Are your teas vegan?

Yes, all our teas are vegan except for our seasonal Candy Cane Craze.

Are your products kosher?

We are a Kosher-certified facility, and we have several teas that are Kosher certified. You can find them all here: Kosher Certified Teas.

What is the quality of your teas?

We micro-blend in small batches using the freshest full-leaf teas and functional herbs. Many of our teas have won awards, and we never compromise on quality. Our pyramid sachets are packed in Broomfield, Colorado, using the same whole leaf teas that we sell in loose leaf form.
